Just steps from the trolley stop, numerous shops, and the beach, the Stacy Cottage is a perfect place to spend your vacation. First Floor

Second Floor
-Master bedroom king bed.
-Bedroom 2 with queen bed.
-Bedroom 3 with a double and twin bunk.
-Bedroom 4 with queen bed.
-Full bathroom with stand-up shower.
-Wall to wall carpeting.

Rental Policies & Info
-Cable TV
-Full Fenced in yard.
-Small dog friendly for an additional $75 fee plus tax per dog (max 2).
-Bed linens and kitchen utensils will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels.
-Use of indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
-No more than ten people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
-Three parking spaces ONLY.
-No pets at any time.
-No daily housekeeping service, however, there is trash removal.
-Check-in time is at 4 p.m., check-out time is at 11 a.m.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. The balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.
