Close to the beach on a quiet lane, this newly constructed cottage sleeps up to eight. Adjacent to the salt marsh, you’re a quick five-minute walk to the beach. First Floor

-Bedroom with one queen bed overlooking saltwater marsh.

Third Floor
-Master bedroom with queen bed overlooking saltwater marsh area.
-Full bathroom with shower.
-Deck with views of marsh, harbor, and ocean.
-Sitting with day bed and trundle and 32″ TV adjacent to the deck.

Rental Policies & Info
-New Construction Spring of 2012.
-Open outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
-Outdoor grill.
-Cable TV & Wireless Internet
-Beach access through a right of way (approx. 4-minute walk).
-On dead end street.
-Bed linens and kitchen utensils will be included.  Guests need to bring their own towels.
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper
towels, etc.
-Full use of the facilities at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach.
(Pool, fitness room, etc.)
-No more than eight people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
-Two parking spaces ONLY, additional parking available for a nominal additional fee.
-No pets at any time.
-Non-Smoking
-No daily housekeeping service, however, there is trash removal.
-Minimum age of 25 required for rental.
-$300 refundable security deposit required at check-in.
-Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund of the required deposit. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage for the week.
