The Atlantic Beach House is a custom-built 3,000 square foot home, located just steps from beautiful Wells Beach. This house is the perfect retreat for your next vacation. Sip your morning coffee on the deck as you enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and end your day with cocktails and sunset view of the marsh.

This 6 bed 7 bath home comes fully furnished with everything you will need for your stay including bed linens, bath towels and beach chairs. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, closet, bureau, flat screen TV and bed linens. Infant crib/pack and play available upon request.

Rental fee includes Wi-Fi, private access to the beach and parking for up to 3 cars, However, multiple extra long cars will not fit and cannot be accommodated. Click images for larger views.

Rental Policies & Info
-Cable TV
-Air Conditioned
-Bed linens, towels and kitchen utensils will be included. 
-We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels etc.
-Use of indoor pool, hot tub and exercise room at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
(Pool, fitness room, etc.)
-No more than sixteen people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
–PARKING: Three parking spaces ONLY. Multiple extra long cars will not fit and cannot be accommodated. 
-No pets at any time.
-No daily housekeeping service, however there is trash removal.
-Check in at 4pm, Check out at 11am.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. The balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.
