- We do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels, etc.
- Full use of the facilities at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort (pool, fitness room, bikes, etc.)
- Not more than six people may stay at this cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities
- Two parking spots ONLY (additional parking may be available at an extra cost)
- No pets, no smoking at any time.
- No daily housekeeping service, however there is trash removal
- Minimum age of 25 required for rental
- $300 security deposit is required
- Check in time is 4 pm, checkout is at 11 am
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage by January 15 each year. The balance of the fees must be received 60 days before check in.
