Deposits:
A deposit equal to the first night's accommodations
is required in advance by check or money order to confirm
reservations. Sorry, no credit card guarantees or charges on
credit card by phone. Full payment is due upon arrival. Cash,
personal check, travelers check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover
accepted for payment in the office.
Cancellations:
Deposits are refunded if we are notified up to 7 days
in advance of the arrival date and we are able to re-rent the
room. There is a $25 service charge for cancellation of any
reservation from June through October and any major holidays
throughout the year. Please consider your departure dates
carefully; in the event that you leave before the end of your
reservation, June through October, the full rate will be
charged.
Parking:
Each building has only one parking space per unit.
There is no parking for extra visitors or after check-out time.
We can only park one car per room.
Pets:
Sorry, we do not accept pets at anytime.
Other Details:
Rates are based on double occupancy and subject to
change. All rates are subject to 7% sales tax. Minimum lengths
of stay are required at various times throughout the year.
Resort facilities are for registered guests only. We have no
facilities available for extra visitors or after check-out.
