-Sleeping nook with two twin beds one with pull-out trundle.
-Full bath with shower stall.
-Wall to wall carpeting.
Rental Policies & Info

-Partially Air Conditioned
-Bed linens and kitchen utensils will be included. Guests need to bring their own towels.
-Full use of the facilities at Lafayette’s Oceanfront Resort at Wells Beach
(Pool, fitness room, etc.)
-No more than sixteen people may stay at the cottage; unregistered guests will not have access to any of the hotel facilities.
-Wed do not provide amenities such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, paper towels etc.
-Four parking spaces ONLY.
-No pets at any time.
-No daily housekeeping service, however there is trash removal.
-Check-in time 4pm, Checkout time 11am
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations will need to be received 60 days in advance to receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is less than 60 days, there will be no refund of the required deposit. The required deposit is 50% of the cost of the cottage for the week.
